Accessibility statement

Many people who sell or surrender a policy are older, or are dealing with it at a hard time. We want every page to be easy to read and use, with a keyboard, a screen reader or a magnified screen, and we offer other ways to reach us if anything gets in the way.

Statement last reviewed 17 October 2026

What we aim for

  • WCAG 2.2, level AA

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines are the standard we design and test against.

  • Plain English

Short sentences, terms explained where they first appear, and a glossary for the rest. Glossary

  • Readable text and contrast

Body text of at least 17 pixels, strong contrast, and pages that work when text is enlarged to 200%.

  • Keyboard and screen readers

Every control can be reached and used by keyboard, with a visible focus outline and proper labels.

  • No time limits

Our forms and tools don't time out while you are using them.

Known issues

We are not aware of any issues on our own pages. If you find one, please tell us and we will fix it.

Some links go to insurers' own pages and forms, which we don't control. If an insurer's form isn't accessible to you, ask the insurer for another format, or ask us to help you find the right contact. Insurer contacts
